Beautiful Rolling Bay Waterfront on Bainbridge Island

Love this pedestrian mostly portion of the Bainbridge Island waterfront! There are many types of Bainbridge Island waterfront homes, but Rolling Bay waterfront homes offer a uniqueness like none other on the island. Nestled at the end of Manitou Park Boulevard NE, Rolling Bay Walk NE has a cool charm and is close by to island favorites like Bay Hay & Feed where you can find the iconic Bay Hay shirts you see across the Puget Sound and beyond.

There is a convenient parking lot at the head of Rolling Bay Walk itself. Some of the homes do have garages, but the drive itself is for residents only, so if you are peeking at these beauties keep that in mind and respect the environment.
